Visit to the Minister for Education regarding the work of the Foundation

Fondazzjoni Sagħtar visited Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation Hon. Clifton Grima​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​, together with some of the authors and illustrators in order to present him with the publications that came out in the past months. These include the Sagħtar magazine, which is marking 52 years since its first publication, the comic book L-Għalliema u l-Istudenti tal-Kulleġġ San Xi Ħadd by Dean Fenech, Stejjer tal-Waħ… Waħ… Waħx, penned by Trevor Zahra and illustrated by Nadine Debattista Briffa, and the first edition of Sagħtarin, an activity book produced by the Foundation itself. During the meeting a discussion evolved about the work being carried out by the Foundation, which aims at strengthening the appreciation of the Maltese language among children and young people.
