Edited by Joseph Muscat, Head of School at Work (2004) is a compilation of 9 papers that were presented during a conference organised by the MUT. The authors of these papers were heads of school at the time, coming from all sectors of the education system in Malta – State, Church and independent primary and secondary schools. The papers discuss the requirements needed in order to fulfill one’s job satisfactorily as head of school.
