Fondazzjoni Sagħtar makes it a priority to safeguard the privacy of its members and website users, and is fully committed to its protection, in conformity with present laws on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data  by competent authorities for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal penalties, and on the free movement of such data.

Input information remains strictly confidential and is not used in any way except strictly for purposes related to the aim of the Foundation. Moreover, such information is never distributed to third parties in any way.

Fondazzjoni Sagħtar does not store credit card details  or any information related to payment.
